Depends on what type if it's nausea root ginger is excellent for that, if it's wind exercise is helpful.Menstrual cramp? pain killers and/or a hot water bottle, held to the stomach eases the pain.

sometimes some peppermin candy or peppermint tea will also help also try alovera juice, you can buy it at health food stores. it tastes awful, but works wonders. just take about a tablespoon or two in one good swig and have some water handy to wash down the taste.

camomile tea is goood. it is very good for tummy aches cause i get them a lot from eating stuff at the college cafeteria which always disagrees with me.

I know this is off topic but is it true that Martin Luther believed he was being harassed by satan because of a long bout he was having with constepation?

Beats the crap out of me. For an upset stomach, try Pepto Bismo. Tastes bad, but it works.

Don't you just love that Noblin gives an answer concerning period cramps in response to a post from another guy? but it's also said that flat ccoke, or canidada dry can also help.
